Angmardhana is a series of 31 dynamic fitness processes, rooted in yoga, offers everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical fitness and mental health. “Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body. True to its name, this practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, circulatory system, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system.
Angamardana strengthens the spine, builds physical strength, fitness and tenacity, taking years off the body. Designed by Sadhguru to be of universal appeal and application, Angamardana needs no fitness equipment. It uses your own body weight and movement and can be practiced anywhere, even during travel.

Practice Requirements
Age 14+
Intensity - High
No previous experience necessary
Duration - 2 session, 4 hours each session (weekend program)
Note: One day workshops are specially for out of state participants. Local participants may opt for second session on another day selected by the teacher.
Empty Stomach Requirement:
- Meals should be consumed 4 hours before class
- Snacks can be consumed 2.5 hours before class
- Beverages can be consumed at lease 1.5 hours before class
